Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Yes, you can easily cancel or modify your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. Our team is here to assist you and will do their best to resolve any inquiries promptly.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

You can use your discount code by entering it in the promo code field at checkout. Simply type or paste your code into the designated box, and the discount will be applied to your order total before completing the purchase.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.

Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How long does delivery take, and how is the meat kept fresh?

We prioritize fast and reliable delivery, shipping orders placed before 11 AM the same day for overnight delivery.

To ensure freshness, we use state-of-the-art insulated boxes packaging, guaranteeing your meat arrives in perfect condition, ready to elevate your meals.

How is the meat packaged during shipping?

Our premium meats are carefully vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness. They are then packed in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs to ensure they remain fresh and cold throughout transit.

What should I do if my order arrives late?

While we make every effort to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order arrives late, please inspect the contents immediately. If the meat is not in ideal condition, contact our customer service team, and we will make it right.

How do I store my meats once they arrive?

When your order arrives, place the meats in your fridge or freezer as soon as possible. Refrigerated meats should be consumed within 14 days, while frozen cuts can be stored for several months without losing quality.
