Grilling Tips
Burgers
Cook burgers over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Let them sear before flipping, when done, put on the upper side of the grill away from the direct heat if you are grilling outside, or turn off the stove and let them rest for a few minutes on a pan if you are cooking inside.
Veal Tomahawks
Sear over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes per side, then finish in the oven or on lower heat for another 10 to 15 minutes. This helps keep the inside tender without burning the outside. Use a Thermometer to check doneness:
- Medium (pink center): 120–125°F
- Medium-Well (slightly pink): 130–135°F
- Well-Done: 140°F+
After cooking, rest the steak for 5 minutes before serving. This keeps the juices inside and the texture soft.

Yes. All cuts are vacuum-sealed and shipped frozen in insulated boxes with a few recyclable huge ice packs.
Store in the freezer until needed. Use within 6 months for best quality. Once thawed, cook within 2 to 3 days.
Place burgers or steaks in the fridge on a tray. Burgers usually thaw in 8 to 12 hours. Veal tomahawks need about 24 hours. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
